JOIN HCC FACULTY, STAFF, AND STUDENTS SATURDAY, APRIL 19 IN MAINTENANCE/REPAIR OF NATURE CENTER FACILITIES
ANSONIA – Think global and act local Saturday, April 19 by joining Housatonic Community College faculty, staff and students, to prepare the Ansonia Nature Center for its Earth Day celebrations.
Those willing help with the maintenance and repair of nature center facilities should assemble there at 9 a.m. Just bring a pair of work gloves.
The nature center is located at 10 Deerfield Road. (It shows up as “Deerfield Lane” on some Internet mapping programs.)
The effort, dubbed HCC Day at the Ansonia Nature Center, is one of a number of environmental awareness activities undertaken by HCC students in conjunction with Earth Week.
